Bridging The Gap
A gap in perspective, communication or understanding can come from a range of directions. Especially for adolescents and families navigating an impossible situation. Or an individual who already felt pushed to their limit and all of a sudden more piles on.
With our new awareness of mental health through the effects of trauma, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation; I offer various perspectives that help to shift my clients from "stuck" or "hopelessness" to "direction" and "goals". We strive to find the Positive and Possible then try to have a little fun building goals and plans.
Personalized treatment for you or your child's needs and situation.

Pet Therapy is included in most sessions unless requested otherwise. Maggie has been through extensive training and testing. Learn more about Maggie's impact on clients!
